Justin Noel is a 20-year beverage and hospitality industry professional, who has graced 4 continents and run bars in Miami, London, New Zealand, Sydney, SE Asia, Greece, and New York. He is current co-owner and partner in Sweetwater Social and Coco & Cru, and former owner of 1534, which was nominated for Worlds Best Cocktail Bar in 2011. Justin is also the current Director of Trade Advocacy for London Essence Co., and has been the national brand ambassador for Espolon Tequila, D'usse Cognac, Mionetto Prosecco, and others. He has launched brands like D'usse Cognac, Avua Cachaca, etc. He has appeared on tv shows, such as Squawk Box, The Today Show, Fox & Friends, etc, and lead educational programs across the US for Bacardi and Jagermeister. Justin is a big advocate of the zero-proof cocktail movement and lover of all agave-based spirits. He loves educating and teaching people how to craft unique cocktails for the right occasion and how to incorporate fresh local ingredients into those cocktails.
