Overdone it during the holidays? It’s ok, us too! We’re here to prove New Year’s Resolutions can be delicious - enter our New Year, New You menu. Each of these veggie-forward dishes are inspired by a favorite restaurant dish of mine. These are the places that taught me to eat my veggies and to love cooking with them too.
In case you’re partaking in Dry January, each course will be paired with a beverage crafted by this month’s featured guest, Justin Noel, proving that zero proof cocktails can still pack a punch in the flavor department. You’ll walk away with the tips and tricks you need to make it through the month sans alcohol. (Not on resolution train? You can still BYOB!)
And as always, childcare is available downstairs for an additional fee. Can’t wait to ring in the New Year with you!

Justin Noel, Closing Time Cocktails
Justin Noel is the founder of Closing Time Cocktails Inc, a full service hospitality and event consulting company. With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, Justin has managed bars throughout New York, Miami, London, Greece, New Zealand, Australia, and Southeast Asia. He’s a current owner / partner of Sweetwater Social, Goldbar, and Coco & Cru in New York City, and a former owner of 1524, which was nominated for World’s Best Cocktail Bar in 2011. Justin is a former national brand ambassador for D'usse Cognac, Corzo Tequila, Mionetto Prosecco, Espolon Tequila, and currently serves as the Director of Trade Advocacy for the London Essence Co. He’s made multiple TV appearances to demo cocktails, everywhere from The Today Show to Fox & Friends to The Squawk Box. Justin is a big proponent of the Zero Proof cocktail movement and a massive foodie. We’re honored to have him join us to demo the four mocktails he created to pair with January’s brunch club menu.
